Gentle Care for Your Laundry

When our driver picks up your laundry, our driver will bring it back to our laundromat where your clothes, linens, towels, and other items will get the attention they need. Our standard wash-dry-fold process begins with separating laundry items by color. We then apply any requested spot treatments and load your laundry into our industrial washers with premium free and clear (hypoallergenic) detergents. After your items are cleaned, our attendants will quickly transfer them to dryers and tumble them using hypoallergenic dryer sheets. Once dry, we will promptly remove your laundry and fold everyone on clean tables. We will fold clothes, blankets, towels; match socks; and hang any requested items before gently packing them into laundry bags. When your order is complete, we’ll gently pack it and load it, and our driver will notify you when your laundry is on its way and again when it’s dropped off.

Upgrades and Special Requests

Your laundry, linens, clothes, and garments are an expression of who you are and what you’re about. From your favorite t-shirt to warm winter jackets, soft and delicate to rugged and durable, we will accommodate your special instructions and requests as we wash, dry, and fold. Just let our attendant know of any preferences when dropping off your laundry for fluff and fold service.

• If your garments and linens have any spots or stains, please include notes with your order where on the affected item the spot or stain is. We will assess the spot or stain and apply pretreatment spray.
• By default, we use hypoallergenic detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets that are free and clear of dyes and scents. However, we do offer upgrades to premium scented products if you prefer a fresh, clean smell. Please select these upgrades when placing your order online.
• We will also hang your items. We will hang collared shirts, blouses, slacks, skirts, dresses, and other items. Please make these selections when placing your order. Each hanger is only $0.15.
